JohnHAYESPassed away peacefully at home on 7th March 2016, aged 75 years. Loving Husband to Janet, devoted Dad to Lisa and Nicola, doting Grandad to Dan, Tom, Kate and Abbie. He will be very sadly missed by all family and friends. Service at Robin Hood Crematorium on Tuesday 29th March at 1.00 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for 'Alzheimer's Society' c/o C. Bastock Limited, 67 - 71, Warwick Road, B92 7HP.
